We’re only three months into the year, but there’s no stopping us in 2025. Only 7 months ago, we opened our brand-new branch in Derby, to servce clients across the North more efficiently.

This brand will cater to new and existing clients; offering services such as:

• Installation and commissionings

• Emergency call outs

• Delta membrane installation

• Tankering, drainage and CCTV 

Opening this new branch, as well as expanding our fleet of engineers and operatives, is going to enable us to offer faster and more efficient service to our clients, no matter where they are in the country. We’re ready to rapidly serve our clients throughout the UK, with branches in the South and North now, for better reach.

About Basement Pumps

We’ve been installing and servicing water and waste pumps, booster sets, pressurisation units, and basement waterproofing solutions for more than 20 years; with a wealth of experience combined amongst our manager and field engineers. We started off as a London-based business, but our brilliant customer service and reliable solutions have led to us expanding nationwide.

We’re trusted by both commercial and residential clients, including household name brands like Tesco, DW Fitness and the Hilton Hotels. For our commercial clients, we offer new installations and repairs, as well as emergency callouts. For homeowners, we help with cost-effective service agreements that ensure all routine maintenance is carried out.

We can also work as white-label contractors, offering our expertise to support other contractors, whenever it is needed.

About Our Team

We’re led by Rick Peacock, our director, who has been in the business for decades and who set up Basement Pumps, nearly 10 years ago. Rick is supported by a great team in the office, we are there to ensure all of our clients get the stellar service Basement Pumps is associated with.

Looking wider, Basement Pumps employs a team of full-time engineers who have a huge amount of experience in the industry. All of our engineers are kept up-to-date with regular training, helping us deliver exceptional results.
