Basement Pumps Welcomes Our New Recycler Jet Vac Tanker

We’re continuing to invest in our fleet, and our latest addition is a significant one: a brand-new Revive Warrior Recycler Jet Vac Tanker.
Designed for demanding drainage and wastewater work, this specialist vehicle combines high-pressure water jetting, powerful vacuum suction and an onboard water recycling system in a single unit. For our customers, that means we can work more efficiently for longer while tackling everything from stubborn blockages to large-scale drainage cleaning.

How Does a Recycler Jet Vac Work?
A Recycler Jet Vac completes several stages of the cleaning process at the same time.
First, high-pressure water jetting is used to clear blockages and dislodge accumulated silt, grit and debris from drains, pipes and culverts. Powerful vacuum suction then extracts the resulting wastewater, sludge and loosened material into a sealed debris tank.
What makes a recycler different is what happens next.
Instead of simply storing all the extracted wastewater, the onboard recycling system filters it through a multi-stage separation process. Solids, grit and other abrasive materials are removed before the cleaned water is fed back into the jetting system.
The water can then be reused continuously throughout the job.
Why Is Water Recycling Important?
A conventional Jet Vac will eventually need to leave site or stop working to replenish its clean water supply. By continually recovering and reusing water, our new recycler can operate for significantly longer periods without returning to refill.
That brings several practical advantages, including:
- Less downtime during large or complex jobs
- Reduced demand for fresh water
- Fewer journeys to refill the tanker
- Greater efficiency on long-duration works
- Reduced disruption for customers and sites
It’s particularly valuable for larger drainage cleaning and maintenance projects where considerable volumes of water would otherwise be required.
Investing in Better Drainage Solutions
Our new Revive Warrior Recycler strengthens the capabilities of our existing tanker fleet and allows us to provide an even more efficient service across drainage systems, sewers, culverts and other assets.
Whether we’re completing planned maintenance, removing heavy silt and debris or dealing with a challenging blockage, having the right equipment makes a considerable difference.
It’s another investment in ensuring Basement Pumps Ltd has the specialist equipment and in-house expertise required to tackle drainage work of all sizes.
