At Basement Pumps, we are committed to maintaining the privacy of our website users. Our website provides a contact form where you can submit your name, phone number and email address to us – and we want you to know that we never share this information with third parties. We also don’t use your data for any additional marketing communication.

Contact form submissions are read and replied to by the either the company director, Rick Peacock, or the office administrators. The messages and/or personal information that you provide when submitting the form are stored in an email inbox for the purposes of responding to your enquiry directly.

We also provide a mailing list sign up, where we collect your email address. This is processed by the third party MailChimp for the purpose of sending out promotional emails.
